Airport Flight and Clearance Safety

1. Airport Flight Safety Assurance System

The system is oriented towards airport bird situation management, FOD (Foreign Object Debris) detection, and drone defense scenarios. It integrates bird detection radar (which also has drone detection functionality), multi-spectral optoelectronic equipment, acoustic bird repellers, bird repellent cannons, and other devices. It realizes bird situation detection and analysis, as well as handling of abnormal bird situations. Through the system's automatic analysis and processing of bird situations, it solves the problem of bird harassment at airports.

FOD Airport Runway Foreign Object System

The Airport Runway Foreign Object Detection System consists of multiple composite outdoor sensors (including millimeter-wave radars, optoelectronic devices, and turntables) and an integrated data processing center. It is an important equipment that helps airport controllers trace FOD incidents, remove foreign objects on runways, ensure runway safety, and improve runway efficiency. It is designed to achieve all-time, all-weather, high-precision, and highly reliable automatic detection, automatic identification, and real-time alarm for the entire runway.

   2. UAV Control System

Recently, incidents of UAVs disturbing flights have occurred at major domestic airports. The air traffic control department and the leaders of the airport public security of a certain airport attach great importance to this. UAVs pose a huge threat to the daily operation of civil aviation airliners. Their characteristics of "low altitude, slow speed and small size" make it difficult for the airport's conventional security technical means to prevent them.

However, there are often witness reports from citizens in the airport clearance area. Security personnel equipped only with UAV jamming equipment, after rushing to the scene, find it difficult to detect and search for UAVs, making it impossible to effectively handle the police situation of illegal "black flying" and resulting in great law enforcement difficulties.

After offline communication, they established contact with our company and completed equipment testing in the second half of 2023. The results were highly praised by the airport group and airport public security.

In late December 2023, our company set up two anti-UAV pilot projects for a certain airport. As of June 1, 2024, we have assisted the airport's flight management and public security in handling 2 malicious illegal drone flying incidents, and the system's performance has been unanimously praised by users.
